FYI:
Please note two class changes to our schedule as we begin to trim our calendar down for spring.
In an attempt to satisfy all of our patrons and to help guide you to other classes, we will be happy to offer a free class token to students who regularly attended either one of the two following classes.  Please call the studio for a free class token request.  We also offer private lessons that can be split up to three students.

Sunday, 4:00 PM / Wall Class
Beginning this Sunday, February 28, the 4:00 PM Wall Class will temporarily go off the calendar.  We are consolidating the 4:00 pm Sunday afternoon Wall Class & the Monday night 6:00 pm All Levels Class, and Janet will be the instructor.  Although the name will remain as an "All Levels Class," the wall will be used primarily, but not exclusively. In order to accommodate more students per class when using the wall, we are pleased to announce the addition of extra Great Yoga Wall® stations to Better Bodies Building 2.

Thursday 4:30 PM / Extra Gentle
Beginning March 4, the Thursday Extra Gentle 4:30 pm class will temporarily go off the calendar.

Sunday  12:30 PM /  Gentle Therapeutic Fundamentals
Beginning March 7, will move to BBY 2;  will be incorporating the Yoga Wall into class format.

Beyond the threshold of our magnificent doors, you will find a time and space dedicated to discovering and exploring the benefits of Hatha Yoga. Root, grow, blossom, and nurture yourself as you open your mind, soul, spirit, and body to infinite possibilities and your own unlimited potential in a non-judgmental environment.

"When the restlessness of the mind, intellect and self is stilled through the practice of Yoga, the yogi by the grace of the Spirit within himself finds fulfillment.  Then he knows the joy eternal.”
- BKS Iyengar, Light on Yoga
Inspired by their own training, experience, and interests, our certified yoga teachers perceive their students as whole individuals, celebrating your differences and addressing your challenges.  Their knowledge and energy is combined with a variety of tools including yoga props, pranayama, meditation, heat, and the Great Yoga Wall to guide students on a journey toward mental, physical, and spiritual growth and balance.  Whether your yoga practice begins today or is decades long, you will find guidance, encouragement, and support.
Better Bodies Yoga is open 7 days a week.
Please check our website regularly for daily updates and changes.

Crystal Singing Bowls

Transformative Sound Immersion

Friday, March 12

7:30 to 8:30 pm

We begin this transformative experience by focusing on our breathing and setting our pure intention. A guided meditation ensures assimilation of the frequencies being used for your highest good. You will then be bathed with frequencies and vibrations produced by the crystal singing bowls that harmonize in perfect sypnathetic resonance with the whole being. The crystal singing bowls indeed have a life of their own. Sound Therapy facilitates 'wholeness' physically, mentally and emotionally. Sound Therapy is one of the most effective and beneficial modalities used to facilitate healing at every level. As you open to the sound frequencies and allow the body to flow with the vibrations feeling each tone deep within, you allow the frequencies to work for you. Sound Therapy works directly at a cellular level to regenerate DNA and cellular structure, assisting in total body wellness. The sound vibration of the crystal bowls is unlike any other tool in sound therapy. There will be a brief Q & A period following this experience. There will be a handout sharing information about Sound Therapy and how it works. This event is facilitated by Madra Little, Certified Hypnotist and practitioner of Sound Therapy, and Martha Ervin, Certified Hypnotist and practitioner of Sound Therapy. Cost: $20 early registration $25.00 day of event. Please wear comfortable clothing
