There are many yogic paths and practices. At BBY, our teaching staff is diverse and experienced in many different styles of yoga; their classes reflect their unique perspective and interests.  Whether you seek a restorative evening practice, a rejuvenating midday class, vinyasa, an alignment based Great Yoga Wall private, gentle yoga, an early evening hot class, a yin or yang, an energizing power workout, basic beginner, or anything in between, you’ll find it within our walls.
