Better Bodies Yoga is located in the heart of East Memphis just off Poplar Avenue, the main East/West Corridor that runs from the Mississippi River through town. BBY is surrounded by hotels, restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping. Memphis is an easy town to navigate and you will find everything you need within a mile of the studio.

If you are flying into Memphis International Airport, we will be available to get you to and from the airport.
