• Since class sizes and salt sessions are limited, pre-registering for all classes is recommended.
  • Salt Relaxation and Salt Bed reservations are made by appointment only.  901-767-9642.
  • If you call to reserve a spot be sure to talk to a human, unanswered messages will not be considered as registered or cancelled.
  • Sorry, no late students allowed to enter the room once a class/session has begun
  • Sign up 30 minutes prior to start of class for both VIRTUAL & IN HOUSE classes
  • Cancel 30 minutes prior to start of each class/session, no shows will be charged
  • Arrive no earlier than 20 minutes prior to the start of class/session
  • Upon arrival to the studio your temperature will be taken, which must be no higher than 100.4 F to attend any class/service. You will not be allowed to enter the studio for the following reasons:
      1. If you have been within 6-feet of a confirmed case of COVID-19
      2. If you are experiencing a cough, shortness of breath, or sore throat
      3. If you have had fever within the last 48 hours
  • The floors will be marked where to place your yoga mats, please stay within your designated space
  • If you have borrowed props from the studio or have your own, it is highly recommended that you use and transport them to and from your home while taking public classes. You may use our props, which are being sanitized with spray after every use.
  • We will not be performing our signature Savasana or doing hands on adjustments, but we will place hot/cold towels over your eyes so you can relax
  • You are not required to wear a mask during classes/sessions, but you are welcome to do so if you would like.
  • Please make your class purchases before attending classes/services by going online to our website, app, or by calling the studio. Unfortunately, no one will be allowed to enter classes/services unpaid. Class cards are still on sale through Friday, May 15.
  • Room capacity will be limited to the following:
      1. BBY1: 15 students
      2. BBY2: 8
      3. Salty Yoga: 4
      4. Salt Relax: 5
      5. Salt Bed: 1
  • If you are not ready to return to the studio, we will continue to offer several virtual online live yoga classes (see schedule), and several on-demand pre-recorded classes that are listed on our website home page. (All 4-month auto-pay package holders receive Unlimited Live, Livestream and On-Demand Yoga Classes.)

If you borrowed props from Better Bodies Yoga during the COVID-19 closing, please return them to the studio when you come back to take live classes, or let us know if you want to continue to bring them to classes and take them home to continue to use.  All props should be returned to the studio by June 30, 2020 please.
